Workshop: The craft is a manifesto too

Isho (UY), ORT09.09 — 10:00–13:00

An experience to live screen printing from the inside.

A participatory workshop to discover what goes on behind this craft. We will go through the process that comes before printing, from the idea to the moment it takes form.

The session invites you to understand the value of every stage and to experience how an idea turns into a tangible piece of design.

Isho

Lu is a designer and screen printer, a graduate of the Visual Communication Design degree at FADU, who discovered screen printing during the degree and has since built a workshop of her own, exploring the link between design and craft.

Today she works independently, supporting artists, small businesses and brands in developing and giving form to their projects.

A practice that crosses design, experimentation and production to turn ideas into tangible pieces.
